The judges listed below are pillars of creativity and style. We are honored to have them participate in this event.
-Hello Kitty designer Yuko Yamaguchi
Yuko Yamaguchi was born in the Kouchi Prefecture and graduated from the Women's Art College.
In the past 28 years, she has made Sanrio history as being the third generation designer for Hello Kitty.
She has applied many characters to Hello Kitty and these designs have been manufactured into 50,000 types of merchandise for 60 countries around the world.
Yuko broke new ground in the field of fan relations, making the Sanrio shops the main meeting place for Sanrio fans around the world.
She has a very close relationship with the fans, and has international signing sessions over 1,000 events.
In recent years she has collaborated with a variety of international and Japanese artists for Hello Kitty design.
She is responsible for creating characters and design as the Director and General Manager of Character Design Development at Sanrio.

Born April 5th 1963, was the head editor for "Rocking On" and established Prevision.
Now publishes magazines for spoon and FREECELL, and is the head editor for shortcoco.

Doll Customizer, she began customizing dolls in 2002.
She submitted her dolls to doll magazines and submits her work to CWC sponsored events.
She is also an advisor for doll coordination.

All submissions must arrive to the CWC offices in Tokyo one or before this date.
